Privacy Policy
Claude Email is a private tool used by a single person, its owner, to let an AI assistant work in the owner's own Google accounts. It isn't offered to anyone else.
What Google data it accesses
- Gmail (
gmail.modify): reading, searching and labeling the owner's messages, downloading attachments, and creating drafts. A draft is sent only after the owner approves that specific message. - Google Calendar (
calendar.events,calendar.calendarlist.readonly,calendar.freebusy): reading the owner's calendars and free/busy times, and creating or changing the owner's events. - Basic profile (
openid, email): checking which account signed in, so the tool works only on the account it was set up for.
How the data is used
Only to carry out tasks the owner asks for: summarizing and organizing their email, drafting replies, filing documents, and managing their calendar. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or training AI models.
Where it is stored
Sign-in tokens are kept on the owner's own computer in a file only the owner can read. Email and calendar content is fetched when needed and kept only in the owner's own files and workspace. There is no server, and nothing is kept by the developer.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties. It is never transferred to anyone except as needed to perform a task the owner requested, or as required by law.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Claude Email's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
